It is our goal to serve healthy and inspiring food, created with unprocessed and pure ingredients. We tell the stories of our partners, local producers who share our values, through our dishes.

 

Dinner

Every day (except Tuesdays) at 6 PM we serve dinner: a 3-course meal made from organic/locally sourced ingredients. We take great care in looking for producers in the near area who we want to work together with and of which we stand behind their way of producing food.

This results in unique dishes, often with great meats or fish**, with a story behind each of them! We serve what Marieke calls “healthy comfort food”.

The dinner includes water & coffee/tea; additional (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) drinks can be ordered. Price for dinner is 550 SEK pp or 330 SEK for children. For additional information on the menu, please contact us: booking@stilleben.nu.

Please note: Reservations should be made at least 24hrs up front due to our small-scale operation.. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to adapt the menu to special requests, except for allergies, informed to us at time of booking*.

The kitchen is closed on Tuesday for dinner.

 
 

* If allergies or dietary restrictions are not communicated when booking but only mentioned last-minute (at check-in or in the restaurant), we cannot cater to them except by removal of parts of the menu to accommodate to your needs.

** Because of our specific focus in our kitchen + our 1 menu-of-the-day approach, we have decided to no longer cater specifically for vegan requests in our restaurant. Please take a moment to read through our vision behind this decision:
We understand that a vegan diet can be a reaction to the current state of ultra processed, industrialised and - far from sustainable - production of animal based products, but we believe there is an alternative. If only one leaves the beaten (commercial) paths of finding your ingredients and gather the necessary, unbiased knowledge on food.
From our meat, fish, dairy to spices, oils/fats and bread, we have been selecting our partners/producers very carefully for nearly everything what we use in our kitchen for both our breakfast and our dinners. We take great pride in our offering, as it is unprocessed, locally sourced and of outstanding quality, created in symbiosis with nature instead of against it.
